Een eenvoudig compensatieschema woningwaardeverlies vanwege aardbevingen

Dit artikel ontwikkelt een eenvoudige tool waarmee de overheid en iedere huizenbezitter in de provincie Groningen aan de hand van zijn postcode en WOZ-waarde het woningwaardeverlies als gevolg van aardbevingen kan bepalen. De tool voldoet aan vijf van de zes eisen geformuleerd door OTB/TU Delft & CMO STAMM. De werking wordt geïllustreerd aan de hand van 2259 woningen in bezit van woongroep Marenland, gelegen in het hart en aan de noordkant van het aardbevingsgebied. Indien deze tool door alle betrokkenen wordt geaccepteerd, de zesde eis, kan dit beleidsdossier op afzienbare termijn worden afgerond.
